On April 15, 2024, at the Hotel S K Klyde in Sahibabad, chefs from India and abroad gathered for a discussion on the upcoming recipe book and showcased their special dishes at the event. The publication of the recipe book, under the editorial guidance of Master Chef Rajesh Kumar, is being undertaken by VL Media Solutions.

The book’s launch will take place in an upcoming cooking show in August. Dr Yash Paul Chhabra, a vegan food specialist from America, kicked off the program by making vegan soup. Following that, Chef Satyendra Negi prepared Shahi kebabs, Chef Manishankar Jha impressed everyone with his lentil kebabs. Finally, Master Chef Rajesh Kumar wowed the guests with his vegetable kebabs, earning praise.

Chef Consultant Shefali Lal kept the program engaging with expert coordination. The presence of models Nidhi Bakshi, Tamanna, and Priya was commendable.

Publisher Nityanand Tiwari highlighted that the upcoming book will be a valuable addition to every kitchen, catering to home chefs, street food enthusiasts, and anyone who loves attracting people with their recipes. Editor Master Chef Rajesh Kumar encouraged recipe creators to stay in touch, stating that the book will feature around 150 recipes.

Hotel’s Managing Director Vijay Kapoor welcomed the guests, emphasizing the importance of such events in the hospitality industry. Gurpreet Kapoor from America expressed gratitude. Hotel management personnel Praveen Mehta and Nipun Arora, among others, participated in the program.

अमेरिका से आये वेगन फ़ूड स्पेशलिस्ट डॉ. यश पॉल छाबरा ने वेगन सूप बनाकर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की. इसके बाद शेफ सतेंद्र नेगी ने दाल कबाब बनाया, शेफ मणिशंकर झा ने शाही कबाब बनाकर सबका मन मोह लिया. आखिर में मास्टर शेफ राजेश कुमार ने अपने वेज कबाब से अतिथियों को वाह वाह करने को मजबूर कर दिया. शेफ सलाहकार शेफाली लॉल ने कुशल आयोजन ने कार्यक्रम को आकर्षक बननाए रखा. मॉडल निधि बख्शी, तमन्ना एवं प्रिया की उपस्थिति सराहनीय थी.   

आगामी पुस्तक के बारे में प्रकाशक नित्यानंद तिवारी ने बताया कि यह पुस्तक हर घर के किचेन के लिए संग्रहणीय होगी. इससे होम शेफ, स्ट्रीट फ़ूड एवं उन सभी लोगों को एक पहचान मिलेगी जो अपनी रेसिपी से लोगों को आकर्षित करते हैं. पुस्तक के संपादक मास्टर शेफ राजेश कुमार ने रेसिपी बनाने वाले लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए कहा कि आप हमसे जरुर संपर्क में रहें. पुस्तक में लगभग १५० रेसिपी शामिल की जा रही है.
