Fairmont’s redevelopment proposal applauded by Jivan Jyot Nagar residents

In an unprecedented moment the existent residents and the developers jointly coined and committed to the term – “Together we can… And we will provide a decent lifestyle for our next generation.”

Attended by over 1000 residents of Jivan Jyot Nagar attended the AGM was held yesterday in Worli, Mumbai by Fairmont Infrastructure LLP amidst the auspicious presence of MLA Shri Sunil Shinde. This follows the recently held AGMs with residents of Veer Jijamata Nagar and Ramabai Nagar which received positive response from them.

Fairmont Infrastructure LLP has undertaken the task of redevelopment of almost 4,200 tenements of Veer Jijamata Nagar, Ramabai Nagar, Jivan Jyot Nagar and Swami Vivekananda Nagar under the SRA Development Scheme. Spread over 17.25 acres the project is implemented under the Cluster Development Scheme.

Abdul Razzak Chunawala, Sameer Chunawala, Farook Chunawala, Aarif Chunawala and Shubhdeep Kar are the chief promoters of Fairmont Infra.

Sameer Chunawala exclaimed, “This superlative attendance and response of Jivan Jyot residents clearly indicate that they are positively inclined towards the redevelopment and it imposes their confidence in Fairmont’s proposals.”

“We are now finally looking forward for the AGM with residents of Swami Vivekananda Nagar who we expect to respond favourably as Fairmont is known for its speedy implementation of projects, unlike other previous developers who vanished into oblivion after rosy promises,” said Shubhdeep Kar.

“On a suggestion from a section of Jivan Jyot Nagar residents, Fairmont has instantly approved their proposal to provide them maintenance-free accommodation,” mentioned Aarif Chunawala.

The ecstatic Farook Chunawala summed it saying, “Apart from retaining the existing Hanuman Temple and Masjid, we are committed to provide ample open spaces, garden, open-air gymnasium and children’s play area.”

Naghma Khan of SHAAZ Media handled the PR of the event.
