अध्यात्म एक ऐसी चीज है जो सिर्फ मनुष्य प्राप्त कर सकता है। क्योंकि इंसान के अंदर चेतना, मस्तिष्क, सोचने समझने की शक्ति है। वही इंसान अध्यात्म की ओर बढ़ सकता है जिसे सही और गलत का अंतर मालूम हो। अध्यात्म के लिए गुरु का होना आवश्यक होता है। आज के दौर में अध्यात्म इसलिए जरूरी है क्योंकि मनुष्य भूल चुका है कि वह इस धरती पर क्यों आया है। मनुष्य के जीवन का सारांश क्या है, खाना पीना शादी करना बच्चे पैदा करना नही है, मनुष्य के जीवन का सारांश है कि वह प्रभु से मिल सके। इस दुनिया मे कोई योगदान दे सके। अध्यात्म के बिना आपके जीवन मे स्पीड नहीं आ सकती। मन और आत्मा में पवित्रता होना जरूरी है। गुरू, मातापिता के प्रति भक्तिमय होना आज के समय की जरूरत है। अध्यात्म की पहली शर्त यह है कि अपने आप को भूल जाना। अपने आप को प्रभु को समर्पित कर दें। अपने अंदर से अहंकार को खत्म कर दें। निःस्वार्थ होकर लोगों की भलाई करें। सहनशीलता अध्यात्म का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तत्व है। आपके अंदर सहनशीलता की भावना होनी चाहिए। जीवन मे आपको मेहनती और अनुशासित होना चाहिये। दुनिया मे आप मनुष्य बनकर सारे काम कीजए मगर अंदर से आध्यत्मिक रहिए। परीक्षण के बिना समर्पण की भावना जरूरी है। भक्तियोग से भी ऊपर कर्मयोग है। इसलिए कर्मयोगी बनिए,जो भी काम कीजए, उसमे अपना खून पसीना तप सबकुछ डाल दीजये। लोगों का भला करें, अपने कर्म को अच्छा रखे,विनम्र रहें तो जीवन मे आपको शांति संतुष्टि मिलेगी, आज हर कोई डिप्रेशन का शिकार है, लोग मनोवैज्ञानिक, काउंसलर के पास जाते हैं, दवाएं खाते हैं मगर अध्यात्म की ओर, गुरु के चरणों मे लोग नहीं जाते। यह घोर कलयुग है, लोगों को अब तो समझ लेना चाहिए।
