कोरोना महामारी, वर्क फ्रॉम होम, अनियमित जीवनशैली से आँखों में सूखेपन का खतरा बढ़ा : इससे कैसे बचें?

नेत्र विशेषज्ञ ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा के ड्राई आई सिंड्रोम ‘संभावित रूप से गंभीर’ स्थिति है उसका जल्दी से जल्दी निवारण ज़रूरी है

मुंबई। वैसे तो असामान्य जीवनशैली और वर्क फ्रॉम होम (डब्ल्यूएफएच) प्रारूप में मानव शरीर पर और भी बहुत से दुष्परिणाम हैं लेकिन सब से बड़ा नुक्सान इससे आंखे को होता है क्योंकि कोरोना महामारी के बीच लंबे समय तक काम करने के कारण देश में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के बीच आँखों के सूखेपन  को जन्म दिया है। आँखों का सूखापन ‘संभावित रूप से गंभीर’ स्थिति है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आंखों में परेशानी और दृष्टि संबंधी समस्याएं हो सकती हैं।

डॉ नितिन देशपांडे (निदेशक, श्री रामकृष्ण नेत्रालय) ने कहा कि जीवन शैली में बदलाव के कारण कोविड -19 महामारी के दौरान सूखी आंख की समस्या बहुत बढ़ गई है। स्क्रीन टाइम में वृद्धि, पौष्टिक खाने की आदतों में व्यवधान और अनियमित नींद के पैटर्न के कारण सूखी आंखों के मामलों में वृद्धि हो रही है।

देशपांडे के मुताबिक, घर के अंदर या घर पर रहने से सूखी आंखों के मामलों में वृद्धि के साथ-साथ लक्षणों में वृद्धि हुई है। इनडोर वायु गुणवत्ता शुष्क आंखों का कारण बनती है। एयर कंडीशनिंग आंखों के ऊपर वायु प्रवाह को बढ़ाती है। यह स्क्रीन के सामने काम के साथ संयुक्त है, आँसू के वाष्पीकरण में वृद्धि का कारण बनता है जिससे आँखें सूख जाती हैं।

नेत्र विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, खाना पकाने और खाने की दिनचर्या में बदलाव के कारण अनुचित आहार के कारण शरीर में आवश्यक फैटी एसिड, विटामिन ए, विटामिन डी की कमी हो गई है जो आंखों के स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इसके अलावा, अनुचित नींद आंखों के तरल पदार्थ की मात्रा को कम करके शुष्क आंखों में योगदान दे रही है। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों के बढ़ते उपयोग के साथ, स्क्रीन का समय काफी बढ़ गया है।

पलकें झपकने की रफ़्तार में कमी

स्क्रीन टाइम का बढ़ना ड्राई आईज का प्रमुख कारण है। सामान्य ब्लिंक दर 15 ब्लिंक प्रति मिनट है। स्क्रीन टाइम ने ब्लिंक रेट को घटाकर 5 से 7 ब्लिंक प्रति मिनट कर दिया है। कम पलकें और अधूरी पलकें आंखों की सतह पर नमी को कम करती हैं। सबूत के अनुसार स्क्रीन से नीली रोशनी आंखों को नुकसान नहीं पहुंचाती है लेकिन यह नींद के पैटर्न को प्रभावित कर सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुचित नींद से आंखों में सूखापन हो सकता है। साथ ही, कोविड-19 प्रोटोकॉल मास्क की अनुचित फिटिंग आंखों के सूखेपन में योगदान करती है। मास्क के साथ सांस लेने से हवा ऊपर की ओर प्रवाहित होती है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप आँसू का वाष्पीकरण होता है। नाक पर मास्क लगाने से ऊपर की ओर हवा का प्रवाह रोका जा सकता है और सूखी आंखों की समस्या को दूर करने में मदद मिलती है।

20:20:20 पैटर्न :

नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञों ने लोगों को 20:20:20 पैटर्न का पालन करने की सलाह दी है। लोगों को हर 20 मिनट में स्क्रीन से ब्रेक लेने और 20 फीट दूर किसी वस्तु को 20 सेकंड के लिए देखने की सलाह दी जाती है। बार-बार पलकें झपकाने की जरूरत है, हवा के ऊपर की ओर प्रवाह को रोकने के लिए ठीक से मास्क पहनना चाहिए। सोने से 2-3 घंटे पहले स्मार्टफोन या लैपटॉप की स्क्रीन बंद कर देनी चाहिए।

डॉ प्रेरणा शाह (कंसल्टिंग ऑप्थल्मोलॉजिस्ट और विटेरियोरेटिनल सर्जन) ने कहा कि लुब्रिकेटिंग आई ड्रॉप्स का इस्तेमाल करें और कोई परेशानी होने पर डॉक्टर से मिलें। नियमित नेत्र परीक्षण समस्याओं को उस स्तर पर रोक सकते हैं जहां उनका सर्वोत्तम परिणामों के साथ इलाज किया जा सकता है। इसलिए, समय पर पता लगाना आंखों की देखभाल का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।

I must admit that I am a sports freak. I enjoy anything and everything related to sports. By nature, I’m a competitive person who strives to be the best version of myself. I’ve obtained a broad grasp of various sports and their strategies over the last few years. In the fields of sports like long jump, spirits, and others, I have earned ten medals and numerous certificates. This keeps me motivated and also fit.

In today’s environment, studies are essential, and I understand the value of academics. I enjoy studying and becoming engaged in a book. For several events and exams, I received numerous medals and certificates, for example, essay writing, math olympiad, etc.

I first participated in a fashion show in 2021, when I began my journey. I did so just because I enjoyed it, not because I had a goal in mind, and then I won 1st runner up at Stardom India kids fashion show 2021; from there, I gained confidence and hope in my inner mind that yes, I have the potential in me and I can do this. After this, as an encouragement booster, I also gained 2 nd second place in the Miss Teen Universe 2022 held at WE Hotels in Pune. I aspire to become a successful actress and a model.

The modelling field is a diversified one, and it will enable me to channel my preferred style while maintaining my individuality. The variety of styles available makes the job exciting and motivating, and it’s in this diversified, high-energy setting that my enthusiasm for modelling will blossom. I enjoy how, as an actress, I can take on different characteristics and portray them in my unique way. I believe this allows me to be more sympathetic and empathic toward the people I encounter in my daily life. It has given me more self-assurance and inventiveness in all I do. Every time I perform, I enjoy the surge of nerves and excitement I have before taking the stage. It simply motivates me to give my best effort.

Along with new opportunities, I know I will come across many new challenges, but I am confident that I will meet all the expectations. God has been gracious in providing me with a loving family, supporting parents, and inspiring teachers who have assisted me in reaching the very pinnacle of achievement.

My message to the world is to find new and innovative ways to deal with difficult situations. Look for a peaceful solution when an issue develops. If you can’t come up with a solution, ask yourself for advice from your inner wisdom. Then, whether you comprehend the logic, follow that insight when it arrives.

Not all heroes wear capes- in fact, they can even be a law enforcement official. This gentleman in question is immigration officer, Major Mohammed Ahmed Matar, who made it his mission to help a distraught Indian Expat’s family in the UAE even after his duty hours.

The Indian family had faced an emergency when the expat, his wife and child were travelling to India to visit the wife’s grandmother, who was in critical condition.

“We were rushing to the airport,” the expat stated. “All was going smooth during our check-in at Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) airport. But when we proceeded to the Immigration counter, we never expected the scenario that came in front of us.” The immigration officer at the desk explained the expat that his child’s visa had already expired, however, the expat believed that it was valid until the next year. This mishap resulted in the immigration team advising the distressed family to visit the Dubai office to sort the issue, and that they could not board the flight until the issue was resolved. However, the family did not believe that they could travel to Dubai and get back in time to RAK to board their flight.

As a last resort, the family travelled to Dubai to sort the issue. “When we reached the Al Tawar Office, the receptionist asked us to visit the main branch instead to solve the issue. Being absolutely exhausted from the day’s events, I requested her to help us in some way.” The family were then directed to a gentleman who was finishing his duties.

It was then that the patriarch explained his issue to Major Ahmed Matar, who actively listened to the man’s woes. “He went back to his office and came back out after a few hours, telling me that it would be solved, and that I could fly back home in the next 24 hours”, the expat stated. The family was relieved, but money was also an issue, given that the family of 3 they were not able to get a refund for their last flight.

“Now the issue was the money to buy tickets for all three of us to travel. As I was leaving the office, Major Matar pulled out his wallet and gave me enough cash to travel back home,” the expat said. “He is a real hero whom we cannot forget. He went beyond his duty hours to help us and discuss the issue personally.”

This scenario displays yet another heroic deed by the UAE’s exemplary government officials, who are the unsung heroes of the nation. The UAE continues to help expats all over the country, with an approach that is characterised by kindness, respect, and tolerance.

बोल राधा बोल के निर्देशक पराग पाटिल ने कहा कि यह फिल्म एक नास्तिक के आस्तिक प्रेम की कहानी है. इसमें भी हमने खेसारी को एक अलग और हटके लुक दिया है.

निर्माता विजय यादव ने कहा कि फिल्म की कहानी बहुत ही अलग है. इसमें खेसारी और मेघा श्री का किरदार बहुत ही जानदार शानदार हैं जो दर्शकों को एक अलग ही अहसास कराएगी.

इस फ़िल्म में काम कर रहे एक्टर आनंद शर्मा ने बताया कि यह मेरी डेब्यू फिल्म है इसलिए काफी उत्साहित हूं। इससे पहले मैंने टेलीविजन पे काम किया है।  फ़िल्म दो दोस्तों की जर्नी है और मेरा किरदार काफी अपील करने वाला है। डायरेक्टर और साथी कलाकार काफी सपोर्टिव थे।

“An attempt on the life of the planet is a crime against humanity, and anyone who demonstrates a willingness to carry out this threat should be declared incompetent. Putin automatically disavows all his past, present, and future instructions and orders, and releases from responsibility those who refuse to serve the system he has built. And the war will stop immediately.Back in 2014, German Chancellor Ms. Merkel said that Putin had lost touch with reality. The fact that this is not recognized is still worth thousands of innocent lives, and now we are talking about a planetary threat.”

“I demand that Russian President Putin be recognized as mentally ill and incompetent. Russian President Putin has lost touch with reality, openly threatening the world to use nuclear weapons and demonstrating his readiness to carry out this threat. Putin encroaches on my fundamental right – the right to life. Based on the documented threats of the patient Putin and the inhuman war unleashed on his orders in Ukraine, I demand from the UN an official statement of the fact of the insanity of citizen Putin. I demand not to carry out the orders of Putin as incompetent. For those who will transfer Putin to doctors, I demand a guarantee of freedom, as the saviors of the world. I demand an amnesty for all those who, by deceit or coercion, served the inhuman system created by the mentally ill Putin. I demand an immediate stop to all military operations of the Russian army in Ukraine and in the world. I demand an immediate withdrawal of troops from all occupied territories in Ukraine. I demand democratic elections in the Russian Federation under international control, the complete demilitarization of the Russian Federation, and the Marshall Plan for the integration of the Russian Federation into the post-war global economy,” explained Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri).

It is important to note that the implementation of this scenario involves preventing the inevitable and uncontrollable chaos in the Russian Federation due to unprecedented international sanctions. This issue is no less important.

Ascertaining the fact of Putin’s incapacity takes place by a direct open vote in the UN in the form of a resolution. A representative of Ukraine can initiate a vote. To implement the described scenario, a petition has been created, addressed to the UN Human Rights Committee in connection with the threat of murder – V.V. Putin’s encroachment on life.

बिहार में भाजपा सरकार बनने व मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के बनने का भी दावा किया था। जो राजनीतिक गलियारों में बहुत चर्चा का विषय रहा क्योंकि ये घोषणा धरातल के बिल्कुल विपरीत थी, लेकिन अंततः यह भी सत्य हुई। अमेरिका चुनाव के बारे में 6 महीने पहले ही सार्वजनिक रूप से बताया था कि इस बार डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की राह नहीं होगी आसान। इसके अलावा मौसम बरसात सम्बंधित कई गणनाएं सत्य साबित हुई है। सरकार का फेर बदल, ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया का कांग्रेस छोड़ना, कीमती धातु सोना चांदी के उतार चढ़ाव की गणना व राम मंदिर पर बड़ा फैसला इत्यादि शामिल है।

Sonu Nigam and Mika Singh shared the stage after many years in the program organized in memory of Bharat Ratna Lata didi, which was organized by the Nrityacharya Pandit Gaurishankar Foundation. This foundation has been honoring all the eminent top classical artists. Many living legends including Zakir Hussain, Shivkumar Sharma, Birju Maharaj, Sitara Devi have been honored by the foundation. Lata didi was also one such legend, to present her tribute, this wonderful program was organized in which Sonu Bhai (Sonu Nigam) was also present and many more people came. फ़िल्म उद्योग से जुड़ी कुछ बातों को लेकर अशफाक कोपेकर से हुई बातचीत के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण अंश…

प्रश्न – आप कब से फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री से जुड़े हैं?

उत्तर – उन्नीस सौ तिरानवे से मैं फ़िल्म उद्योग से जुड़ा हुआ हूँ। जिसमें फ़िल्म उद्योग के रुपहले पर्दे और उसके पीछे जुड़े विभिन्न कामों को करता आ रहा हूँ। जैसे फिल्मों का निर्देशन, लेखन आदि कार्य।

प्रश्न – आपकी पहली शुरुआत कैसी रही और आपने क्या कार्य किया?

उत्तर – मुख्यतः मेरा मूल कार्य लेखन और निर्देशन है। मेरी पहली धरावाहिक ‘आजादी की ओर’ है और धीरे धीरे अपने कार्यों से आगे का पड़ाव चढ़ता गया।

प्रश्न – आप विभिन्न असोसिएशन से जुड़े हुए हैं इस बारे में व्याख्या करेंगे?

उत्तर – वर्तमान में स्क्रीन राइटर ऑफ इंडिया असोसिएशन का अध्यक्ष पद पर हूँ साथ ही दादा साहब फाल्के फ़िल्म असोसिएशन का अध्यक्ष हूँ। इंडियन डायरेक्टर असोसिएशन जैसे कई असोसिएशन के साथ जुड़ा हूँ और साथ मिलकर कार्य भी कर रहा हूँ।

प्रश्न – विगत कुछ वर्षों से दादासाहब फाल्के फ़िल्म फाउंडेशन के आयोजन ना हो पाने का क्या कारण है?

उत्तर – दादा साहब फ़िल्म फाउंडेशन अवार्ड का आयोजन ना हो पाने का मुख्य कारण कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल है। विगत दो वर्ष से कोरोना महामारी के कारण सरकार के आदेशनुसार भीड़ इकट्ठी करने की मनाही थी। जबकि हमारे अवार्ड शो में बत्तीस से भी ज्यादा असोसिएशन का साथ होता है और एक असोसिएशन से बीस से पच्चीस लोग शामिल होते हैं। बिना असोसिएशन के सदस्यों के अवार्ड नहीं कर सकते साथ ही फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री से जुड़े सभी लोग रहते हैं ऐसे में भीड़ बढ़ जाती है। लगभग हजारों लोगों को इकट्ठा करने का सरकार द्वारा आदेश प्राप्त नहीं है जिस कारण यह कार्यक्रम करने में कठिनाई हुई। हमारे ही नहीं इस कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल के कारण कई असोसिएशन के कार्य में बाधा आयी है। वैसे इस बार हमारी असोसिएशन का प्रयास है कि सरकार से आदेश प्राप्त कर अवार्ड का आयोजन किया जाए।

प्रश्न – आप दादासाहब फाल्के फ़िल्म फाउंडेशन के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवार का चयन कैसे करते हैं?

उत्तर – इस अवॉर्ड में केवल हमारे असोसिएशन का ही कार्य नहीं होता बल्कि लगभग बत्तीस से ज्यादा असोसिएशन हमारे साथ जुड़े हुए हैं। वे ही हर क्षेत्र से चुनाव कर योग्य अवार्डी का नाम रिकमेंड करते हैं। साथ ही हमारे ज्यूरी मेम्बर भी होते हैं जो चयन प्रक्रिया में साथ निभाते हैं। यह चयन पूर्णतः निष्पक्ष और बहुमत के आधार पर होता है। इसमें योग्यता के आधार पर चुनाव कर निर्णय लिया जाता है। इसमें किसी पदाधिकारी का हस्तक्षेप नहीं रहता।

प्रश्न – यह अवॉर्ड किन क्षेत्र विशेष को दिया जाता है?

उत्तर – इस अवार्ड में सिल्वर स्क्रीन में दिखाई देने वाले लोगों से पहले जो फिल्मी पर्दे के पीछे काम कर रहे हैं उन लोगों का चयन कर अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया जाता है। साथ ही उन्हें ग्यारह हजार की राशि और अन्य सहायता भी प्रदान की जाती है। फ़िल्म निर्माण से जुड़े मेकअप मैन, डांसर, जूनियर आर्टिस्ट, टेक्नीशियन आदि इस अवार्ड में शामिल होते हैं।

प्रश्न – दादासाहब फाल्के फ़िल्म फाउंडेशन अवार्ड की शुरुआत कैसे हुई अभी वर्तमान में दादा साहब के नाम से कई अवार्ड हो रहे हैं। आप इस बारे में कुछ मार्गदर्शन देना चाहेंगे?

उत्तर – दादासाहब फाल्के फ़िल्म फाउंडेशन अवार्ड हम बहुत पहले से करते आ रहे हैं। पहले इसका नाम दादा साहब फाल्के एकेडेमिक अवार्ड था बाद में इसका नाम परिवर्तित किया गया है। यह अवार्ड हमने दादासाहब के जन्मदिन के अवसर पर उनकी स्मृति और सम्मान में शुरू किया है। दादासाहब के नाम के इस अवार्ड को शाहरुख खान अपने ऑफिस में सामने रखते हैं, जबकि उनके पास अवार्ड्स की कोई कमी नहीं है। हाँ, वर्तमान में इस नाम से कई अवार्ड शो चलाये जा रहे हैं लेकिन मुझे उनसे कोई गिला नहीं क्योंकि वे अपनी आजीविका या प्रसिद्धि हेतु यह कर रहे हैं। किंतु जो वास्तविक है वह वास्तविक रहेगा कोई उसका मुखौटा लगाकर पूर्ण जीत प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता। वास्तविकता वो भी जानते हैं और अंजाम भी, अतः अपना कार्य पूर्ण यत्न से करते रहो।

प्रश्न – आप स्टार मेकर्स के लिए भी कार्य कर रहे हैं इस विषय की ओर आपका ध्यान कैसे गया?

उत्तर – हमारा असोसिएशन स्टार मेकर्स द्वारा चयनित योग्य और अच्छे गायकों को गाइड करता है और उचित प्लेटफॉर्म मुहैया कराता है। हमारे देश में योग्यताओं की कमी नहीं है। अभिनय और गायन क्षेत्रों में तो प्रतिभाओं का कोई सानी ही नहीं है। लॉकडाउन के दौरान हमने सोचा कि देश की इन प्रतिभाओं को मौका दिया जाए। जो भी स्टारमेकर्स के गायक हम तक पहुंचते हैं, हम उनकी सहायता करते है। खंडवा की तरुणा शुक्ला जो आल इंडिया रेडियो में गाती थी, उसे उसी के होमटाउन में गायन के क्षेत्र में प्लेटफॉर्म मुहैया कराया गया। उससे ‘लोरी’ गीत गवाया गया और डिजिटल प्लेटफार्म तक पहुंचाया। हाल ही में वडोदरा की वसुंधरा पंड्या को भी मौका दिया गया है। ऐसे ही नवीन और योग्य गायकों को मौका देकर उन्हें एलबम, फ़िल्म, शार्ट फ़िल्म आदि में गायन का मौका दिया जाता है और उनका मार्गदर्शन कर नया रास्ता देने की कोशिश की जाती है।

प्रश्न – दादासाहब फाल्के फाउंडेशन में क्या क्षेत्रीय स्तर के कलाकारों या फिल्मों को स्थान दिया जाता है?

उत्तर – जी, हमने अपने असोसिएशन के तहत क्षेत्रीय ही नहीं पड़ोसी देशों को भी भाग लेने का अवसर दिया है। बांग्लादेश और नेपाल से योग्य लोगों का चुनाव किया है। अलग अलग प्रांतीय क्षेत्रों से भी दो- दो योग्य लोगों का चुनाव भी किया जाता है। जो अलग अलग विभाग से होते हैं जैसे टेक्नीशियन, आर्टिस्ट आदि। इन्हें पुरस्कार के साथ धनराशि भी दिया जाता है और जल्द ही इनके इन्शुरेंस और पेंशन प्लान देने के बारे में भी विचार किया जा रहा है।

प्रश्न – क्या आप राजनीति में भी प्रवेश करना चाह रहे हैं?

उत्तर – नहीं, राजनीति में मेरी कोई रुचि नहीं है, मैं सर्वधर्म सर्वभाव में विश्वास रखता हूँ। मेरा मुख्य उद्देश्य मानवता के लिए हितकर काम करना है। मैं सभी को मानवतावादी दृष्टि से देखता हूँ ना कि धर्म विशेष जानकर। मैं दहिसर में ओम्कारेश्वर साई मंदिर ट्रस्ट का चैयरमेन हूँ तो वहीं बोरीवली में मस्जिद कमिटी में भी शामिल हूँ।

प्रश्न – युवा लोग जो मायानगरी के चमक को देखकर आते हैं किंतु कहीं खो जाते हैं आप उनके लिए क्या कहना चाहेंगे?

उत्तर – अगर आप कुछ करना चाहते हैं तो अपना स्वास्थ्य पर ध्यान दो। स्वस्थ तन है तो स्वस्थ मन होगा। स्वस्थ मन आगे बढ़ने के लिए हौसला और संयम प्रदान करेगा। ऊंचाई पाने के लिए शॉर्टकट नहीं अपनाओ अपने काबिलियत पर भरोसा कर धैर्य के साथ आगे बढ़ोगे तो मंजिल जरूर मिलेगी।

The concept of ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park Art Festival’ was introduced by Shri. Aditya Thackeray, the Minister of Environment and Tourism. It was the first of its kind to be held with the aim of providing a comprehensive platform for students and artists.The event was attended by lakhs of visitors in 3 days.

The fest also featured Bollywood playback singer Hrishikesh Chury’s ‘Live in Concert’. He performed on the stage in front of the scenic views of Dadar Beach and Bandra Worli Sealink. His soulful voice mesmerized the audience.

Hrishikesh Chury said, ‘CSMP Art Festival’ was a comprehensive and artistic event organized in Mumbai with a large participation in various events. The response from the audience was overwhelming. I am happy to perform here”.

Other attractions of the festival were various workshops, Marathon, the display of antique & historical weapons, exhibition of artistic products, art installations, Live performances, talk shows and Food court.
