Indian Muslims Have Full Faith In PM Modi: SM Khan

Mumbai: Addressing the media on the Waqf Amendment Bill, SM Khan, Maharashtra Vice President of BJP Minority Morcha, stated that the common Muslim of the country stands firmly with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to him, the new amendment bill will benefit the poor and backward sections of the Muslim community who have long remained on the margins.

He criticized attempts by certain groups to mislead the Muslim community by spreading misinformation about the bill, suggesting it would harm them. “The Modi government truly wants to uplift Indian Muslims, helping them rise from poverty and walk on the path of progress,” Khan said.

He emphasized that the Prime Minister is working with the spirit of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas” (Together with all, Development for all, Trust of all) and wants Muslims to excel in every field.

Khan strongly criticized the Congress party, claiming it has historically used Muslims merely as a vote bank. “For 50 years, Congress has misled Muslims in the name of the Waqf Board and is now making noise because their ‘shop of loot’ is being shut down,” he added.

He further mentioned that the new amendments would benefit not just the poor and backward Muslims, but also women. He accused Congress of deliberately not implementing the Sachar Committee report to prevent the upliftment of Muslims. “Today, Indian Muslims are aware and have full faith in Prime Minister Modi,” Khan concluded.

DESERT ELEGANCE

A group art exhibition showcasing the recent paintings and sculptures by 3 contemporary well-known artists – Anushka Satyajeet Varekar, Santaji Chougale, Yogesh Majgaonkar have been displayed in Jehangir Art Gallery, Auditorium Hall, M. Anushka Satyajeet Varekar – Sangli

She hails from Sangli and had her art education upto G.D. Arts followed by Diploma in Art Education at Kalavishwa Mahavidyalaya Sangli. Anushka Varekar has highlighted the subtle nuances of Rajasthani culture, heritage and social life prevailing there in her expressive style of realism. The Rajasthani culture, the people there, the expressions on their faces, their colorful attire, when they come out of their shells onto the canvas, captivates the mind. Looking at Rajasthan depicted through the eyes of a Marathi artist, one begins to feel the respectful nod given by Maharashtra’s culture to Rajasthani culture.

Santaji Chougale – Kolhapur

Santaji had his art education upto G.D. Art(Sculpture & Modelling) at Kalamandir Art College, Kolhapur. His works in bronze showcases the unique aesthetic norms and nuances associated with a peacock in its happy and joyful mood and enjoyment due to rains and the continuous downpour in rainy season. It also illustrates the elegance of joy and happiness expressed by the peacock in its joyous mood full of happiness and merriment. The sculptor seems to have created it relatively. The peacock’s spread plumage, its vastness, binds the eye somewhere. The peacock’s sharpness and the rhythmic connection in that sharpness are presented relatively by the artist. Overall, through this series of sculptures, the artist seems to have succeeded in expressing his personal feelings about Peacock to art lovers.

Yogesh Majgaonkar – Kolhapur

He hails from Kolhapur. Yogesh had his art education upto G.D. Art(Sculpture & Modelling) at Kalamandir Art College, Kolhapur.  He had showcased his sculptures in many solo and group art exhibitions in Bombay Art Society, Gulbarga Academy of Art, Gulbarga, Lalit Kala Academy New Delhi etc. His sculptures in stone and mixed medium showing the subtle nuances of Apple, Strawberry, Tree and their elegant realistic norms in nature are really very artistic and unique in surface finishes textural peculiarities. He has focused on the need for conservational of nature wealth and its treasures and need to ensure preservation of the subtle nuances from the worldly Bards of pollution and urbanization.

Her short film ‘Celebrate Life’ has been honored with the 14th Global Captain of the Ship’ Award.

The director of this film is Dr. Ravikala Gupta. Dr. Ravikala Gupta has been honored with a doctorate degree by Central Christian University of America. Dr. Ravikala has produced many short films and advertising films. She has garnered a lot of accolades for her directorial skills. Her short films are Celebrate Life, Aji Sunte Ho, Coffee etc. She has also directed ad films for many famous brands like Marshall Wallpaper, TVS Bike. She entered the film industry as an actress. She acted in actor Manoj Kumar’s TV series “Kahan Gaye Wo Log”, Bhojpuri film “Hamar Dulha”. She is multi-talented, so she kept paying attention to the nuances of story, script and direction along with acting, then she started directing stories written by herself. In this way she came into writing and direction.

Dr. Ravikala Gupta is an expert in classical dance Bharatnatyam. Currently she is working on her script and soon she will also shoot it on camera. The story of her film Token of Treasure is a comedy drama which is threaded in the dreams and boundaries of a middle class family. Dr. Ravikala Gupta says that she likes making films based on real events, political and social thrillers and current events. At the same time she says that film is a means of entertainment, you should not try to adopt the story, dialogue or scene of every film in your real life. Enjoy entertainment and be happy. Because film can be a mirror of life but not life. Regarding the films being made in the present time, she says that the films of today are misleading the young generation.

The scenes, dialogues and the images of the actors shown on the screen are misleading the youth. Today we cannot watch most of the films with our family on TV or in theatres. In the blind race of modernity, man has left humanity and culture behind. Dr. Ravikala Gupta has made her daughter Khushi Gupta study law and has given her a chance in her films respecting her desire to act. She told that an actor is bound by the limits of his character and a director lives the entire character. He is the pilot of a ship who is responsible for building it, decorating it, who will do what work there, in which direction the ship will go.
