Raipur : AAFT University, a premier media and arts university in India, proudly hosted its Orientation Program recently at Hotel Marriott in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Students and faculties from all streams attended the orientation program. 

The Chancellor of AAFT University, Dr Sandeep Marwah, interacted with the students, encouraging them to overcome hurdles, work conscientiously and make a name for themselves in their respective fields.  

The chief guest at the event was actor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Suniel Shetty said, “AAFT University aspires to mould students into leaders and innovators of tomorrow. I truly believe in their vision and mission of creating a generation of students who are not conventional rote learners, but who have in them the conviction and courage to carve out a separate niche for themselves. The orientation program also witnessed multiple sessions by industry experts and eminent scholars like Prof. Sanjeev Parshar, chairperson of communications in IIM Raipur, Dr. Kiranmayee Nayak, the chairperson of CG state women commission, Ishan Mitra, singer and director, Gaurav Birla, the co-founder and CTO of Studio Augmented, and Akhilesh Anand an anchor and editor of ABP news. The purpose of these sessions was to make the students aware of the abundant opportunities in the field, the skills required, and how AAFT can contribute to their skill-based training. 

The University recently launched its ed-tech platform – AAFT Online, Co-founded by Mohit Marwah & Akshay Marwah, with the vision to amplify its reach with innovative and advanced-level courses. AAFT Online offers numerous industry-oriented media and creative art courses online like photography, jewellery designing, interior designing, and more. It boasts features like one-to-one mentor sessions and real-world application learning. It has over 60 celebrity speakers as a part of its diploma programs.

भारत में थाईलैंड के रत्नाभूषणों की बढ़ती मांग के मद्देनजर डीआईटीपी ने बैंकॉक में 7 -11 सितंबर तक आयोजित होने वाले “67वें बैंकॉक जेम्स एंड ज्वेलरी फेयर” के लिए रोड शो के साथ फैशन शो का भी आयोजन किया। इस संस्करण में 25,000 से अधिक आगंतुकों के आने और इससे 268 करोड़ रु. से अधिक राजस्व प्राप्त होने का अनुमान है।
थाईलैंड के मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ कॉमर्स, डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ इंटरनेशनल ट्रेड प्रोमोशन (डीआईटीपी) ने जेम एंड ज्वेलरी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ थाईलैंड (जीआईटी) के प्रतिनिधियों और थाई ट्रेड सेंटर, मुंबई के साथ मिलकर बैंकॉक में 7-11 सितंबर 2022 को आयोजित होने वाले 67वें बैंकॉक जेम्स एंड ज्वेलरी फेयर (बीजीजेएफ) के लिए लेट्स गो टू बैंकॉक रोड शो आयोजित किया। इसके बाद एक विशेष फैशन शो का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें मॉडल्स ने आगंतुकों के सामने भाईलैंड के जेम एंड ज्वेलरी की रेंज प्रदर्शित की।
भारत की लैब ग्रोन डायमंड एंड ज्वेलरी प्रमोशन काउंसिल (एलजीडीपीसी) और डीआईटीपी ने यह समझा कि कैमे दोनों देश एक-दूसरे के विशेष संसाधनों का महत्वपूर्ण रूप से लाभ उठा सकते हैं। एलजीडीपीसी ने थाईलैंड को बड़ी संख्या में लैब ग्रोन डायमंड्स गोल्ड, सिल्वर और रुबीज़ का निर्यात करने का प्रस्ताव रखा है और बदले में थाईलैंड भारत को समान मूल्य के अपने रूबी सिल्वर और व्हाइट गोल्ड का निर्यात करेगा।
इससे अर्थव्यवस्था को और बढ़ावा मिलेगा और दोनों देशों के बीच द्विपक्षीय व्यापार मजबूत होगा।
भारत थाईलैंड के रत्नाभूषण और विशेषकर चांदी के आभूषणों के लिए एक प्रमुख बाजार रहा है। यह पिहले वर्ष से +158.21% की दर से तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। दोनों देशों के बीच सदियों पुरानी सभ्यताओं का विशिष्ट जुड़ाव रहा है। हाल के वर्षों में से दोनों पड़ोसी देश विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट व्यावसायिक सम्बन्ध साझा कर रहे हैं।
डीआईटीपी की हालिया रिपोर्ट में पता चलता है कि थाईलैंड का रत्न और आभूषण निर्यात (सोने को छोड़कर) जनवरी से जून 2022 के बीच बढ़कर 3,884.21 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर हो गया है, जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 40.96% अधिक है। अमेरिका, हांगकांग और जर्मनी जैसे मुख्य बाजारों में, भारतीय बाजार ने सबसे अधिक निर्यात मूल्य उत्पन्न किया है, और हीरे, रत्न, मोती, आभूषण, सिंथेटिक स्टोन्स, कीमती धातु और अन्य उत्पादों के निर्यात में कुल 149.21% की वृद्धि हुई है।
